Sam's Exotic Travels to Gunung Merapi (literally Fire Mountain)

Gunung Merapi (literally Fire Mountain), an active volcano located on the border between Central Java and Yogyakarta, Indonesia. It is the most active volcano in Indonesia and has erupted regularly since 1548.  The latest eruption, in November 2010 resulted in 353 deaths, the aftermath of which could be seen in my visit in April 2011
